One of Sierra Leone's Aspirants for the 2018 General elections has shockingly died at the Whitechapel Royal Hospital in London this evening, after a short illness.
Gibril Santigie Moseray Fadika, the First Goodwill & Business Ambassador for the Commonwealth Africa Initiative was the vice Chairman of Shandong Steel SL Ltd. and Executive Director of Pan African Minerals Ltd.
On16th March 2018, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, the New Co-Chair of Commonwealth Africa Initiative, (part of the New Commonwealth Programme) along side Dr Caroline Harper OBE and Baroness Flather, announced his appointment as Goodwill Ambassador.
The sudden death of this iconic Presidential hopeful is a shock to all his supporters and to his party The ALL PEOPLES CONGRESS. A very hard working son of the soil, who is passionate of Africa Development is gone. Exactly two Sundays ago, he joined Sierra Leoneans at Burges Park South London at the very successful SIERRA FEST Festival in a relaxed summer's day. My deepest condolences go to the FADIKA family and friends.
